Development and implementation of marketing and sales campaigns for the training courses of Arhest.am – Terms of Referance (TOR)
In the scope of the RECONOMY programme, Arhest.am is implementing the “Skill development in energy-efficient construction and renovation” project. The objective of the project is to conduct comprehensive training courses in the field of construction and renovation enabling women, youth up to 35 years of age, including the most disadvantaged and excluded groups, to benefit from economic opportunities by increasing their income and taking up decent/green employment/self-employment.
The project is funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), and implemented by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation. At the moment, the main directions for training provision for the company are the welding, electricians, solar panel installation, solar panel sales, and plasterboard installation.
Purpose: marketing campaigns for the training courses
The primary goal of this partnership is to:
- Increase brand visibility and awareness of training courses.
- Improve lead generation.
- Expand market presence.
- Drive active promotion for participation in training courses.
The selected marketing company will be expected to provide expertise and implement marketing strategies that will help us achieve these goals in a timely and efficient manner.
Geographical Scope
The marketing campaigns must be implemented in the Armenian market involving Yerevan and other regions of Armenia, as well as include regional expansion targeting Georgia.
Approach and Methodology
The marketing team is expected to provide detailed marketing campaigns. The proposed approach and methodology should align with the goals and objectives of the project. The team is encouraged to demonstrate its expertise by outlining a clear and effective strategy that addresses the specific needs outlined in the project scope.
The selected marketing company will be responsible for the following key tasks and deliverables:
- Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, including digital and traditional marketing efforts, tailored to our specific needs.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO, content creation, etc.).
- Brand Management: Assist in the development and management of brand messaging, visual identity, and consistency across all marketing platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular reports on the performance of campaigns, including KPIs such as engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Consultation and Support: Offer strategic advice, guidance, and recommendations for future marketing activities.
Stakeholders to involve in the Service
The marketing team is expected to identify, involve, and consult with relevant stakeholders throughout the service implementation.
Deliverables and Schedule
- Deadline for submission of offer is 21, December, 2024.
- Deadline for signing a contract with the service provider is 31, December, 2024.
- Deadline for starting the assignment is 3, January, 2025.
- Project duration is expected to be 3 months.

Qualification requirements for the marketing team/ company
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and webinars.
- Familiarity with the construction and renovation sector is a plus.

The selection of the marketing company will be based on the following criteria:
